These control arms are CNC machined from high-quality 6061 billet aluminum, offering significant weight reduction and increased strength. They are equipped with 80 durometer polyurethane bushings for superior feedback and handling, while minimizing noise, vibration, and harshness. The innovative bushing design prevents tearing and ensures free rotation around the bushings. Designed for the 2001-2005 Honda Civic, these control arms feature a tapered I-Beam design, developed through extensive finite element analysis (FEA) to reduce internal stress and prevent twisting or bending. The hard anodized finish not only provides a durable color option but also protects against corrosion and wear. These control arms are 25% lighter than OEM and include new hardware for easy installation, making them an essential upgrade for enhancing your Civic’s suspension performance and reliability.
