1. Free Shipping in the Lower 48 States

  • All shipping costs in the lower 48 states are included in the price of the item (Free Shipping).
  • Additional charges may apply for shipping to international locations, as well as Hawaii (HI), Alaska (AK), Puerto Rico (PR), and APO addresses.

2. International Shipping and Other Locations

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Estimated delivery times vary based on the shipping method chosen and the destination:
    • Express Shipping: 1-7 business days 

5. Damaged or Lost Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us immediately with photos of the package and item.
  • For lost items, please contact our support team to initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.

2. 30-Day Return Period

  • We offer a 30-day return period from the date the item is received.
  • Return shipping will NOT be provided unless otherwise noted.

3. Eligibility for Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, unmodified, and unpainted.
  • The return item should be in the same condition as it was received.

4. Refund Policy

  • We will offer a refund of the item price only. This means the cost of shipping the item will not be included in the return amount. An invoice of the cost of shipping will be provided.
  • Modified, used returns, or returns outside of the 30-day policy will not be refunded or returned to the customer unless otherwise noted.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return packaging will NOT be provided.
  • Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
  • If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we may cover the return shipping costs. Please contact our support team prior to returning an item.

Installation Policy

1. Professional Installation Recommended

  • We strongly recommend that our bumpers be installed by authorized shops or professional installers.
  • Our bumpers are custom fabricated, and quality installation work is crucial for optimal fitment and performance.
  • Our bumpers may include electrical components such as fog lights, which require electrical rewiring. 
  • Our bumpers require the relocation of airbag sensors, parking sensors, and fog light wiring harnesses, making professional rewiring and installation essential.
  • Improper installation can lead to fitment issues, decreased performance, and potential safety risks.
