Note: Many parts are for off-road use only. As with any racing activity, there are risks when performing performance modifications. All installations are at the customers own risk. PINNACLE GARAGE USA or www.PinnacleGarageUSA.com holds no responsibility either implied or otherwise for mechanical, electrical or other failure when using after market products. Some items listed are illegal in many states and only for racing vehicles which may never be used on a public highway.

Notice: All manufacturer names, symbols, and descriptions, used in our images & text are used solely for identification purposes only. It is neither inferred nor implied that any item sold by PINNACLE GARAGE USA is a product authorized by or in any way connected with any vehicle manufacturers displayed on this page.

Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The information presented on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the intellectual property of PINNACLE GARAGE or its suppliers/manufacturers and is safeguarded by U.S. and international copyright laws. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names related to Pinnacle Garage are exclusive to Pinnacle Garage. Any other trademarks not owned by Pinnacle Garage or its affiliates, which appear on this site, are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be associated with or sponsored by Pinnacle Garage. The product information, such as text, logos, and/or images, used to market products and/or sell products, has been provided to Pinnacle Garage with authorization from the supplier or manufacturer. Unauthorized use by other companies of the materials displayed on this site without written permission from the supplier and/or manufacturer may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws, resulting in criminal or civil penalties. The software used on this site is the property of Pinnacle Garage or its software suppliers, safeguarded by U.S. and international copyright laws, and may not be reproduced, modified, distributed, transmitted, or republished.

The receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not indicate that we have accepted your order or confirmed our offer to sell. Pinnacle Garage retains the right to accept or decline your order for any reason after receiving it. Furthermore, we may supply fewer quantities than ordered for any item and adjust the invoice accordingly without prior notice to you. Additional verifications or information may be required by Pinnacle Garage before accepting an order. Upon placing an online, phone, or other type of order with Pinnacle Garage, you have entered into a purchasing contract, and your credit card will be charged immediately. Orders may not always be shipped on the same day. Please allow 24 hours for your order to be shipped. If you require priority delivery, please contact us by phone for immediate assistance.

Because Pinnacle Garage reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, typographical, product photo, and/or pricing errors that may occur do not entitle a customer to receive something from those errors. Pinnacle Garage cannot be held responsible for honoring purchases caused by such errors and will simply take action to correct the error. These errors are not a misrepresentation of a product, business, manufacture, or sale, but a error which Pinnacle Garage's responsibility is to correct the error.

User Submissions
The personal information you submit to Pinnacle Garage is protected by our privacy policy. To the extent there is an inconsistency between these Terms and the Privacy Policy, the Privacy Policy shall govern.

By making a Submission, you agree that such Submission is non-confidential, non-proprietary, and may be disseminated or used by Pinnacle Garage . If you make a Submission, you automatically grant-or warrant that the owner of such content has expressly granted-Petco a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide nonexclusive license to use, reproduce, create derivative works from, modify, publish, edit, translate, distribute, perform, and display the Submission in any media or medium, or any form, format, or forum now known or hereafter developed. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Petco is not required to use any Submission.

You are solely responsible for your Submission, the consequences of making a Submission, and your reliance on any Submissions. Pinnacle Garage is not responsible for the consequences of any Submission. Pinnacle Garage is not responsible for screening or monitoring Submissions made to the Services by users. If notified by a user of a Submission allegedly in violation of these Terms, Pinnacle Garage may investigate the allegation and determine in good faith and its sole discretion whether to remove such Submission. Pinnacle Garage will have no liability or responsibility to users for performance or nonperformance of such activities.

Ordering Procedure
If you order a product, your payment is processed immediately. We will notify you the status of the order and the product availability. If you choose to cancel an item that is not classified as special order, we will do our best to accommodate but do not guarantee cancelations after an order is placed.

Special Orders
Customer acknowledges that if this purchase contains a special order item, the provisions of this paragraph supersede any conflicting general terms of these terms and conditions.

Product(s) classified as special order cannot be cancelled or returned for any reason. By using our digital confirmation link you agree to all terms and conditions associated with our website and hold harmless Pinnacle Garage against all suits at law or in equity and from any and all damages, claims, and demands for personal injury or actual or alleged infringement of any United States or foreign intellectual property right and to defend any suit or actions which may be brought against Pinnacle Garage for such injury and/or any alleged infringement because of the manufacture and/or sale of the material covered thereby. All special ordered Products are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the purchase price if cancelled at any time after placed.

Cancellations
An order that has shipped from our location or a supplier can not be cancelled, these are classified as returns. Once your order has shipped restocking fees will only apply if they are applicable. Special order items, custom built items will not be able to be returned. For this reason it is extremely important to check your invoice or order form.

We cannot guarantee a cancellation request will be processed after an order has been placed. Due to variables in logistics there is a chance your order will ship after a cancellation request is made.

Shipping Rates
The shipping rates displayed during checkout are only approximations. We suggest contacting us for a customized shipping quote. If there is a mistake in the quoted shipping rate, we will inform you of any adjustments. International orders (outside the USA) may not be processed automatically, as we may need additional information from you.

Returns
If you order a product and decide that you do not want it, you may return the UNUSED/non-special order item. Please note that restocking fees may apply, and we will need to inspect the returned item before issuing a refund. Whether or not restocking fees apply depends on the manufacturer or vendor. Please be aware that shipping costs are not refundable in either direction. If you need to return a product, you MUST request a return within 30 days of the shipment date. After 30 days, we cannot accept any returns. All products shipped from our warehouse are shipped via FedEx, UPS or Freight, and a signature is required upon delivery. Some packages shipped directly from the manufacturer or vendor may or may not require a signature. If you are unable to sign for the package, FedEx, UPS, and DHL have package pickup locations. If a package is returned to us or to the manufacturer/vendor, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.

PINNACLE GARAGE DOES NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES.

If you modify, install, or alter the item in any form, we cannot accept it as a return, will not cover any expenses related to the product or installation, and you maybe be required to purchase a replacement.

International Shipping
All international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties and taxes. Any charges associated with the importation of products purchased from Pinnacle Garage or our affiliates are the responsibility of the buyer. Any costs resulting from the refusal to import a product purchased through Pinnacle Garage or our affiliates may result in additional charges.

Payment Terms
Pinnacle Garage accepts payment in the form of cash, credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers, provided that the billing and shipping addresses are appropriate. After placing an order, the billing and shipping information may need to be verified before payment can be captured or the order can be processed. All orders must be fully paid at the time of purchase, unless otherwise communicated to you by us. Please note that prices and shipping costs are subject to change at any time due to factors such as exchange rates, shipping costs, and changes in manufacturer prices.

Warranty
The manufacturer is responsible for applying any relevant warranty, and warranty claims must be processed by them. Pinnacle Garage does not handle warranty claims or hold liability for product failures or installation issues. However, customers have the choice to buy third-party warranty coverage, known as the "extended warranty," which is managed by Extend Warranty services for any future warranty claims.

The manufacturer recommends that specific products are designed solely for racing purposes and should be installed and configured by professional service centers exclusively. We are not liable for shipping costs except in cases where we make an error in shipping. Altered or modified items cannot be returned or covered by the warranty.

According to regulations, a dealership cannot cancel a warranty simply because aftermarket parts have been added to a vehicle. However, if an aftermarket part is installed to replace a stock part, the warranty for that specific stock part will be null and void.
