Returns & Refunds

At PINNACLE GARAGE USA, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery on most products, unless stated otherwise.

To qualify for a return, the wheels must be:

Unused and uninstalled
Unmodified and unaltered
In their original, resalable condition
Returned with all original packaging, hardware, accessories, and components

Please inspect your product carefully before installation. Once the product has been installed, modified, or used, it may no longer be eligible for return.

Please keep all original packaging until you are certain you will be keeping your purchase. Return packaging is not provided by Pinnacle Garage USA.

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from approved refunds. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping unless product was damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly.

Installed, used, modified, altered, painted, customized, damaged products, or custom orders are not eligible for return. This includes wheels that have been mounted with tires, installed on a vehicle, or altered in any way.

For custom, personalized, or made-to-order products, returns may not be accepted unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please verify your vehicle, model, year, specifications, and selected options before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. Please retain all original packaging until the issue has been resolved.

All returns must be approved by Pinnacle Garage USA before being shipped back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
