All in-stock orders are carefully inspected, securely packaged, and processed for shipment within 1–2 business days.

Orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx. In rare cases, USPS may be used depending on the order, destination, or shipping requirements.

Order Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.

• Orders that have not shipped: May be canceled at no charge.
• Orders that have already shipped: Cannot be canceled and must be handled according to our Returns & Refunds policy.

International & Other Shipping

Free shipping applies only to the contiguous 48 United States. Additional shipping charges may apply to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international destinations.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges associated with international shipments.

Returns & Refunds

At PINNACLE GARAGE USA, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery on most products, unless stated otherwise.

To qualify for a return, the steering wheel must be:

• Unused and uninstalled
• Unmodified and unaltered
• In its original, resalable condition
• Returned with all original packaging, hardware, accessories, and components

Please inspect your product carefully before installation. Once the product has been installed, modified, or used, it may no longer be eligible for return.

Please keep all original packaging until you are certain you will be keeping your purchase. Return packaging is not provided by Pinnacle Garage USA.

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from approved refunds. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping unless product was damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly.

Installed, used, modified, altered, painted, customized, damaged products, or custom orders are not eligible for return. This includes steering wheels that have been installed on a vehicle or altered to accommodate aftermarket components.

For custom, personalized, or made-to-order products, returns may not be accepted unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please verify your vehicle, model, year, specifications, and selected options before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. Please retain all original packaging until the issue has been resolved.

All returns must be approved by Pinnacle Garage USA before being shipped back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
