Order Cancellations

  • Orders that have not shipped: May be canceled at no charge.

International & Other Shipping

Free shipping applies only to the contiguous 48 United States. Additional shipping charges may apply to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international destinations.

Returns & Refunds

At PINNACLE GARAGE USA, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery on eligible carbon fiber steering wheels.

To qualify for a return, the steering wheel must be:

  • Unused and uninstalled
  • Unmodified and unaltered
  • In its original, resalable condition
  • Returned with all original packaging, hardware, accessories, and components

Please inspect your steering wheel carefully before installation. Once the steering wheel has been installed, modified, or used, it may no longer be eligible for return.

Please keep all original packaging until you are certain you will be keeping your purchase. Return packaging is not provided by Pinnacle Garage USA.

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from approved refunds. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the steering wheel was damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly.

Installed, used, modified, altered, painted, customized, or damaged steering wheels are not eligible for return. This includes steering wheels that have been installed on a vehicle or altered to accommodate aftermarket components.

For custom, personalized, or made-to-order steering wheels, returns may not be accepted unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please verify your vehicle, model, year, steering wheel specifications, and selected options before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the steering wheel, packaging, and shipping label. Please retain all original packaging until the issue has been resolved.

All returns must be approved by Pinnacle Garage USA before being shipped back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
