Customer satisfaction is our priority, We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery on eligible emblem products.

To qualify for a return, the emblem must be:

• Unused and uninstalled
• Unmodified and unaltered
• In its original, resalable condition
• Returned with all original packaging, hardware, accessories, and components

Please inspect your emblem carefully before installation. Once an emblem has been installed, used, modified, or altered, it may no longer be eligible for return.

Please keep all original packaging until you are certain you will be keeping your purchase. Return packaging is not provided by Pinnacle Garage USA.

There is no restocking fee for approved emblem returns. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the emblem was damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly.

Installed, used, modified, painted, customized, or damaged emblems are not eligible for return.

For custom, personalized, or made-to-order emblems, returns may not be accepted unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please verify your vehicle, model, year, emblem location, size, finish, and selected options before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the emblem, packaging, and shipping label. Please retain all original packaging until the issue has been resolved.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email Pinnacle Garage USA customer support before sending the item back. Include your order number, reason for the return, and photos of the product when applicable.

All returns must be approved by Pinnacle Garage USA before being shipped back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
