All in-stock orders are carefully inspected, professionally packaged, and processed for shipment within 2–3 business days. All bumpers are brand new and securely packaged in a large protective shipping box before being shipped via freight service.

Freight Delivery

All bumper shipments require a signature upon delivery.

• Commercial/Business Address: Freight deliveries are made during the carrier's normal business hours. Someone must be available at the business to receive and sign for the shipment.
• Residential Address: The freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment. Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the shipment at the scheduled time.

For the fastest and most convenient delivery, we recommend using a commercial/business address whenever possible.

Inspect Your Shipment

Please inspect the package and bumper upon delivery before signing. If you notice any visible damage, please document it with clear photos and note the damage with the freight carrier before accepting the shipment. Retain all original packaging and contact Pinnacle Garage USA as soon as possible.

Order Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.

• Orders that have not shipped: May be canceled at no charge.
• Orders that have already shipped: Are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and any applicable return or freight charges may also apply.

At PINNACLE GARAGE USA, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery on eligible products.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and uninstalled
• Unmodified and unpainted
• In its original condition
• Returned with all original packaging, hardware, and accessories

Please keep all original packaging until you are certain you will be keeping your purchase. Return packaging is not provided by Pinnacle Garage USA.

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from approved refunds. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly.

Used, installed, modified, painted, customized, or damaged products are not eligible for return. Returns requested after the 30-day window may be declined unless otherwise approved in writing.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. Please retain all original packaging until the issue is resolved.

All returns must be approved by Pinnacle Garage USA before being shipped back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
